Registration conditions for diploma degrees in specialized subjects

Students should have obtained a bachelor’s degree in dental and oral surgery from one of the faculties of dentistry in Egypt or an equivalent qualification, with the accumulated grade of “Pass” in all subjects, from an institute accepted by the university and the Ministry of Higher Education
Students must have been studying or working for at least two years, including an obligatory two years of internship training, since the date of obtaining the bachelor’s degree
Students must have their employer’s agreement for them to join the diploma course and clinical attachment. Students must be released from all other work during their attachment to the university
Students must submit an application, including all the necessary documents, for the dean of the faculty within the period from the first of July until the end of the year in which they wish to join the university. No exceptions for applying after this date are can be accepted in any way. For the foreign students, the applicable rules of the university regulations also apply
Students must obtain acceptance from the board of the specialized department that they wish to join
Students shall not be registered in any other degree of graduate study.

The agreement of employer (If he was working in the government, it is provided to the faculty dean or the vice dean of the graduation study affairs ). If the student has been self-employed, he must provide a certificate from the Medical Syndicate stating that he is a self-employed physician in the year he is applying for the diploma
Military Service completion certificate
Three recent personal photographs
If any student graduated from a private university in or outside of Egypt, he shall provide an equivalent certificate from the Supreme Council of Universities
An application form for joining the graduate study program from the graduate study administration in the faculty.

Graduation certificate with the grades (certified by the embassy of the student’s country of origin)
Internship certificate from government hospital (certified by an embassy)
Data form from the administration of foreign students in the Ministry of Higher Education
The approval from the student’s embassy
Three recent personal photographs
Information form from the Ministry of Higher Education
Copy of passport
If a student has graduated from a private university in or outside of Egypt, he or she shall provide an equivalent certificate from the Supreme Council of Universities
