Getting Diploma’s Degree Conditions

1. Students must take no other employment during the full period of study in the university.

2. If students attend less than 75 percent of any curriculum, they will not be allowed to attend the exam of that curriculum.

3. Students must complete all the assignments which are specified in the regulations of each department. Otherwise they will be prohibited from attending the exams.

4. Students must pass all relevant exams, which are specified in the regulations, in accordance with the following conditions:

A. Students must achieve a grade of no less than 60 percent of the maximum of the total grades in the practical exams and a grade of no less than 40 percent of the maximum of the total of the aggregate grades in the written exams.

B. Student will fail the course if they do not attend any exam or any part of it without an excuse that is accepted by the faculty board, in accordance with university regulations.

C. Student may only repeat the same exams three times before their registrations are canceled.

D. Student who have failed part of the curriculum in the first semester may repeat that part in the following semester, provided that they sit an exam in the parts that they failed, during the times of the exams in the following semester.
