For Master’s degree
Admission requirements for a Master’s degree
Applicants seeking admission to the Master of Science (MSc) programs at the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, Future University in Egypt, must satisfy the following requirements:

Hold a Bachelor of Oral and Dental Medicine (BDS) from a recognized Egyptian faculty of dentistry or an equivalent degree recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU), with:

A minimum overall grade of Good, and
-
A minimum grade of Very Good in the specialty subject for which admission is sought.

For graduates of credit-hour system programs:
-
The minimum cumulative GPA must be 2.50.
-
The minimum GPA in the intended specialty must be 3.00.
▪
Have completed at least two years since graduation, including the compulsory internship year.
▪
Submit all required documents to the University's Postgraduate Studies Administration.
▪
Obtain approval from the employer, where applicable, confirming the applicant's permission to enroll and commit to full-time study throughout the program.
▪
Obtain the approval of the relevant academic department.
▪
Applicants may not be simultaneously enrolled in another postgraduate degree program.
▪
Applications for transfer from other universities are subject to the regulations and decisions of the University Council and are processed through external credit transfer procedures.
▪
Internal transfers between departments are permitted within one month from the beginning of the academic year or after the end of the academic semester through internal credit transfer, subject to the approval of the concerned departments, the Postgraduate Studies Committee, and the Faculty Council.
▪
Pay all prescribed tuition and administrative fees before the commencement of study.
Additional Requirements
The relevant academic department may establish additional admission requirements when deemed necessary and may determine the number of students admitted each academic year based on the educational and clinical capacities of the department and the faculty.

Egyptian Applicants
Applicants must submit the following:

Official Bachelor's Degree Certificate in Oral and Dental Medicine (BDS) with an official academic transcript showing all grades.

Internship Completion Certificate.
✓
Original Birth Certificate.

Employment approval, where applicable:

Government-employed dentists must submit an official approval letter addressed to the Dean of the Faculty or the Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research.

Private practitioners must provide a certificate from the Egyptian Dental Syndicate confirming their professional status.

Teaching Assistants at the Faculty must submit the approval of the relevant Department Council.

Internship Completion Certificate issued by an accredited institution in Egypt or the applicant's home country and authenticated by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Official approval from the applicant's embassy to pursue postgraduate studies.

Three recent passport-sized photographs.

A copy of a valid passport.

Applicants seeking admission to the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs at the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, Future University in Egypt, must satisfy the following requirements:

Hold a MSc degree in the same specialty from a recognized Egyptian faculty of dentistry or an equivalent degree recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU).
▪
Not be enrolled in any other postgraduate degree program at the time of application.
▪
Obtain approval from the employer, where applicable, confirming the applicant's permission to enroll and commit to full-time study throughout the duration of the program.

Obtain the approval of the relevant academic department.
▪
Submit all required documents to the University's Postgraduate Studies Administration.
